Welcome to Aqua Vista

We are a private lake community in Danbury, Connecticut along the beautiful southern shoreline of Candlewood Lake. Aqua Vista has one of the largest beach and play areas on the lake with a white sand beach, cookout & meeting areas, boat launch, swing set, horseshoe pits, basketball half court, docks and plenty of activities for members. The Association includes nearly 100 homes, most of which are year-round. We hope you will visit often to connect to neighbors, get the latest news and learn more about upcoming events.
Aqua Vista Association includes homes on Baxter Avenue, Bronson Street, Circle Drive, Crest Avenue, East Street,
Eustis Avenue,​ Harbor Ridge Road, Hayes Street, Powell Street, Thadedeus Avenue, Vista Avenue and Worden Avenue.
