Friendly pirates welcome!

Pirates come in many shapes and forms - some let their property fall into disrepair, others ignore the rules that keep our neighborhood safe and some just act like their not part of our community. We're a small group of people living in a close neighborhood so it's important that we watch out for one another, consider how our actions impact others and most importantly - that we're considerate of one another. Let's band together and keep the pirates at bay!
